I wrote this song after recovering from a really bad chest infection which left me breathless and with no singing voice for a while. It really made me appreciate every breath and being able to sing and use my voice. 
 
This is a lovely one to do in a workshop. You can loop the sections as much as time allows and really sink into it. The Chorus is easy to pick up, while the verse has some more challenging syncopated rhythms for Altos and Tenors.
